Sponsor Packages
Premium Package – € 3500
The Premium Package offering comprises the following:
- 15 minutes speaking slot in the general session agenda in one of the morning plenary Sessions. Avaya will closely review the presentation charts to ensure messages are appropriate for the audience and succinct. Sponsors will be requested to provide high-level overview covering just enough information to convince attendees to come to their booth in the exhibition area.
- 1 dedicated Sponsor Booth throughout the conference, with presentation opportunities, scheduled within the Agenda – during coffee-breaks and with a special exhibitor evening scheduled on Monday 8th of November
- Link & Logo Listing on the website/ invitation and selected communications
Basic Package - € 2000
The Basic Package offering comprises the following:
- 1 dedicated Sponsor Booth throughout the conference, with presentation opportunities, scheduled within the Agenda – during coffee-breaks and with a special exhibitor evening scheduled on Monday 8th of November
- Link & Logo Listing on the website/ invitation and selected communications
When we have to skip to a virtual event the prices will of course vary and be lower.
