The PCC EMEA Conference will offer three days of plenary and breakout sessions in the following workstreams:
- Solutions Design & Engineering
- Business Tools & Processes
- Services & Hands-On
This is going to be flanked by an Avaya OneCloud CCaas Hands-On workshop where you can get a live experience on the system.
Join the subject matter experts as they dive into relevant hot topics. Also learn about Avaya's roadmap and strategy.

Experience also some of Avaya’s key game changing demonstrations at the virtual or live exhibition and learn how you can differentiate yourself in a rapidly evolving marketplace. Also stay tuned on the DevConnect Sponsoring Partners Demos and Solutions which are an incremental part of the conference.
There will be an exhibition area and the demos will be offered throughout the conference – especially during coffee breaks and in the evening. There will also be a dedicated Exhibitors Evening on Monday the 7th of November with Drinks and Snacks where you can attend each demo and meet the Sponsors at their booth.
Registration and Fees

Registrants will have access to all plenary and breakout sessions as well as to the Demos offered. There is an Exhibitors Evening on Monday 7th and the PCC EMEA Dinner on Tuesday 8th where you are welcome to join.
Travel Arrangements and Regulations

You ideally make your travel arrangements once you have decided to attend the Conference, registered for it and received approval from your manager. For cheap flights it makes sense to book as early as possible. There is also a limited contingent of Hotel Rooms reserved for Attendees of the event with a special price offering.

The PCC EMEA may be subject to last minute cancellation if Covid Numbers Increase and Government regulations prevent travel or Large Gatherings. Should this happen, the event will be postponed until a suitable date can be found for a live conference and the location may be changed.
Conference Fees will be refunded, also the hotel booking can be cancelled free of charge if the event cannot take place due to government regulations.
However we have learned from the last year that even though Covid remains a part in our lives – Business goes on and meetings, conferences and exhibitions take place in a more or less normal set-up.

Each attendee has to comply to his own country requirements and be in line with the requirements for travel of his home country.
Then the attendee has to comply to the Greece regulations when entering the country and the attendee has to comply to the rules and regulations of the hotel and follow the protocol for meetings and for the PCC EMEA conference.
