About PCC


The PCC provides a forum for authorized Avaya Business Partners to work directly with Avaya to leverage powerful synergy across their enterprise portfolio.

The PCC EMEA is a multinational event that engages Business Partners across EMEA, to come and listen, learn, and share their experiences with Avaya’s Experts and Leadership around the Avaya Tools / Solutions / Services. The event has a significant history and following, and it’s as valuable to the Business Partners, who keep coming back, as it is to Avaya, who use this engagement to both share, take feedback, and learn.


PCC EMEAS Spring Conference

  • In response to the continued situation with Covid-19, and because of the impact globally to business travel, it has become necessary for the PCC to “Go Virtual” for last years’ spring conference. Then we were able to hold a live conference in Cannes last Year in Autumn with great feedback from the participants. Therefore we will go live again for Amsterdam. However – if the situation again forces the PCC to change to a virtual format we will do so on short notice and will provide a virtual conference in the same timeframe.

  • If the Conference can only be held in virtual format we will again use the Avaya Spaces Platform. Maybe in combination with other event platforms. Information will be shared short before the conference.
