As the GVP for Portfolio Maximization, Susan and her team lead Avaya’s Innovation without Disruption initiative, drive adoption of Avaya solutions and enable best-in-class CX migration and innovation methodologies for customers and prospects. Prior to the Portfolio Maximization, Susan led the North America Cloud Specialist organization for 4 years. Outside of Avaya, she served as VP International VAR Channel for inContact, as well as VP Product Management for CTIGroup, where she sold and managed the delivery of an OEM multi-tenant contact center platform for Broadsoft.
