Platinum Sponsors of the infamous PCC Dinner are invited to bring their own marketing material for the tables. The PCC is open to further suggestions by the Sponsor for further activities during the PCC Meal.
You and an Avaya Stakeholder will have a Plenary Dialogue. This will be an engaging
communication about the benefit of your solution in the Avaya World. Target is to
outline and answer the question: “What value does your Solution bring to our joint
customers?”
Preparation will be done together with the PCC Team.
Exhibition Booth for exhibiting throughout the duration of the PCC. This comprises a space in the Exhibition area, a table supplied by the venue, power and wifi, supplied by the venue. Any additional requirements such as an LCD screen will be the responsibility of the sponsor to arrange.
Exhibition participation during Monday evening reception. An event designed specifically to allow you, the Developer Partner, to show off your company's products/services to all the attendees! Attendance is encouraged by the PCC through refreshments and snacks laid on for your potential future customers!. Please, bring a raffle prize, which will be pulled from the collection of business cards that you collect during the day. e.g. memory sticks, USB gizmos, iPhones, Go-Pro, headsets, etc (Note Avaya attendees are not eligible for prizes at this event)
Admittance into General Session and Workshop sessions at the conference. (Note that there may be some sessions that are restricted). Your company logo displayed on communications to attendees. Attendance to the PCC Meal on Tuesday Evening. Sponsors and attending Avaya Partners are encouraged to bring prizes*. Prizes are “raffled” at this event, the top prizes, of course attracting significant interest. Typical top prizes include Smart Phones, Smart Watches, Tablets, VR Goggles, PS5, Xbox, etc.
Any items too large to reasonably get into an already full suitcase, will be the responsibility of the sponsor to ship to the lucky winner. All attendees are eligible for prizes, as raffle tickets are personally purchased.
