videos of the persons present at the event "PCC EMEA Athens 2022" at the
[Royal Olympic
Hotel, Athens 28-34 Ath. Diakou Str., 117 ]. We would like to inform you
about the data
protection background here.

The purposes for which the personal data shall be processed are the
provision of the
photographs and videos to all participants of the event for download, the
use of the
photographs and videos in customer and partner communications and the use
of the

The processing is based on a legitimate interest of Avaya in the
documentation of the
event.
The recipients are the affiliated companies of Avaya.
The data of the data subject will be stored as long as the data subject
does not
revoke.
The data subject has the data subject rights in accordance with Article 15
GDPR : rights
of access, erasure, restriction and objection, the right to data
portability and the right
to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
In the event of an objection, the processing shall remain moderate until
the right of
withdrawal.
